At ScribeAmerica, Gary managed a workforce of over 22,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, excelling in HR strategy, compliance, and operational scaling. As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at UST Inc., he played a pivotal role in navigating a $12 billion merger with Altria Group, leveraging his expertise in M&A and corporate compliance. During his tenure at Altria Group, a $190 billion global conglomerate, he contributed to the legal and regulatory frameworks of iconic brands like Marlboro and Kraft Foods.
